The well-equipped kitchen awaits, stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for effortless home-cooked meals. For added convenience, find two washer and dryer sets downstairs beneath the covered carport.

On the East side, retreat to the main bedroom boasting a luxurious king bed, while the main bathroom offers a spacious vanity and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a twin bunkbed. Meanwhile, on the West side, the third bedroom boasts a sumptuous king bed, and the second bathroom features a generous vanity and shower/tub combo. The fourth bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and a twin bunkbed.

Outside, a covered carport provides sheltered parking, with additional space available in the driveway for your convenience.

**The duplex is pet friendly for a non-refundable pet fee of $100/pet, plus tax; dogs ONLY and certain restrictions apply (up to 40lb limit, 2 dogs max).
