For additional guests, the condo features hall bunk beds that comfortably sleep 2 children, making it an ideal choice for families. The living room offers a new sofa sleeper with a 7-inch orthopedic mattress, a large flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray DVD player, and a medium flat-screen TV for your enjoyment.

Tradewinds offers a cozy, convenient getaway spot for those looking to enjoy the beauty of the Gulf Coast. The standout feature is the swim-thru indoor/outdoor pool, providing a unique swimming experience regardless of the weather. This pool is perfect for those who want to enjoy a swim while basking in the sun or those who prefer the sheltered comfort of an indoor environment. They also offer a grilling area, ideal for those who enjoy outdoor cooking and dining.


PARKING
Tradewinds does require parking passes. The complex charges $30/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.




MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February.
