This adorable one bedroom condo has incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sandy white beaches of Alabama. Relax after a day on the beach in the comfortable living room with flat screen TV. Drink your morning coffee out on the private balcony and listen to the peaceful waves below. The inside dining area comfortably seats four or enjoy the balcony high top table that seats four also. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a seafood masterpiece. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The peaceful main bedroom features a king-size bed with a flat screen tv for your entertainment. The full size bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

The Neighborhood:
Phoenix VIII is located in the heart of Orange Beach, very close to Perdido Pass. A short drive to many favorite restaurants including Louisiana Lagniappe, Fresh Off the Boat, and The Gulf. Across the street to Zeke's Marina and Restaurant or Sweet Cones. Plenty of adventure as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more. Head east towards the famous Flora-Bama Bar & Grill, a short 5 minute drive.

Guest Access:
Welcome to Phoenix VIII! *Phoenix VIII does require parking passes. The complex charges $55/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. When you arrive, stop at the security guard and they will direct you to the front desk to purchase parking passes.
