The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a local seafood dish. The peaceful bedroom features a king bed with ensuite bathroom that includes a shower/tub combo. The coin operated washer and dryer facility in the complex is to the right of the outdoor pool.

**Parking Notes: No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite. The complex allows one car per unit.

**The condo is pet friendly for a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet, plus tax. Restrictions for up to 2 dogs up to 20 lbs each.
