The Primary suite beckons with a comfortable King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, offering a restful escape after a day of beachside fun. The guest bedroom features 2 Twin beds and a flat-screen TV, providing a cozy and comfortable space for additional guests. In the living room, a Queen sofa sleeper ensures ample sleeping space, allowing up to 6 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. The living area also includes a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing with a movie or catching up on your favorite shows.

Tradewinds offers a cozy, convenient getaway spot for those looking to enjoy the beauty of the Gulf Coast. The standout feature is the swim-thru indoor/outdoor pool, providing a unique swimming experience regardless of the weather. This pool is perfect for those who want to enjoy a swim while basking in the sun or those who prefer the sheltered comfort of an indoor environment. They also offer a grilling area, ideal for those who enjoy outdoor cooking and dining.


PARKING
Tradewinds does require parking passes. The complex charges $30/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.



MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: December, January, February, and March.
